Join to apply for the Chef De Partie role at Audley Villages.
With a newly created seasonal menu, you’ll work on traditional Sunday lunches, presenting our popular afternoon tea, themed events, and a five-course tasting menu to accompany the fine wines from our cellars. As a Chef De Partie you’ll deliver food that keeps our customers coming back for more. The role involves working with the team to produce consistently outstanding food during service and assisting with stock ordering, stock rotation, cleanliness, and HACCP compliance. You will help the management team develop new dishes and menus as a vital member of this small, talented team.
Responsibilities
* Run a section of the kitchen, manage food deliveries and stock control.
* Assist with stock ordering, stock rotation and maintaining cleanliness per HACCP and Audley procedures.
* Collaborate with the team to produce consistently outstanding food during service.
* Contribute to developing new dishes and menus with the management team.
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven history of running a section of the kitchen, managing food deliveries and stock control.
* Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 (preferred).
* Experience of stock ordering.
* Good level of culinary knowledge.
* Positive attitude and tolerant nature.
* Flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Warm, professional and empathetic.
