Location: Four Acres, George Road, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7PD
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (shifts between 06:30–15:00 or 12:00–20:30, flexibility required)
Salary: £ per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

What you’ll do:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes for staff and fine dining events
* Work across a variety of services including staff dining, hospitality and functions
* Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily operations
* Ensure food safety, health & hygiene standards are maintained at all times
* Contribute to menu development and food innovation on site
What you bring:
* Proven experience in a hotel or fine dining environment
* Strong culinary skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
* Flexibility to work different shifts depending on business needs
* A successful completion of a trade test is required
* A team player with a passion for high standards and quality service
