The team is committed to delivering high-quality advice and excellent client service. They operate with a strong focus on administrative accuracy, regulatory compliance, and a client-first approach. Intelligent Office (IO) software is used to support operational efficiency and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to Client Managers Liaise with Client Managers, Advisors, providers, and clients to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Maintain and update client records, policy information, and Letters of Authority (LOAs) Prepare documentation such as Portfolio Reports, Policy Summaries, Client Reviews, and Recommendation Reports Support monthly income reconciliations and client packs preparation Manage incoming post, telephone calls, and client greetings Ensure all tasks and updates are completed in accordance with company procedures and compliance requirements The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a financial services or IFA administration role.
