River Exe Healthcare is looking for a passionate and dynamic Registered Manager to lead our high-performing team and ensure the delivery of safe, person-centred care across our services.
What You'll Do
* Lead and oversee all aspects of service delivery, compliance, and staff management
* Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high standards of care
* Manage budgets, produce reports, and contribute to strategic service development
* Support and supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure effective team performance
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals
* Deliver and monitor quality assurance processes, safeguarding, and risk management
* Be an active part of the team, supporting care delivery and out-of-hours duties when needed
What We're Looking For
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
* Proven experience managing community-based care services
* Strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Confident in managing teams, rotas, audits, and external relationships
* Flexible, reliable, and passionate about empowering individuals in their own homes
