Are you our next Care Team Leader? Here’s more about the role: As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

Salary: £14.60 per hour • Hours: 22 hours available - Nights shifts
Responsibilities
* Look after the day-to-day needs of residents with compassion and commitment
* Support Care Assistants in their development
* Work with a team to ensure residents are comfortable in their home and receive high-quality, personalised care
* Facilitate leisure and social activities as part of daily routine
* Foster a kind, supportive environment for residents, families, and colleagues
Qualifications
* Experience in care is an essential requirement for the role
* NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable
* Excellent communication and a flexible approach
* Kindness and genuine respect for older people and their needs
