Marketing Specialist - SaaS B2C

Marketing Specialist

Location: Belfast Hybird
Salary: 35-45K

Whytematter Staffing Solutions are delighted to be working with our client in the healthcare technology sector to recruit for a Marketing Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, forward-thinking marketing professional to play a key role in communicating the company’s brand, services, and benefits across the healthcare industry.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to deliver engaging, data-driven marketing strategies and integrated campaigns aimed at both B2B and B2C audiences. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

4. Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns for B2C audiences (Freemium & Subscription Products)

5. Write compelling blog articles to establish the business as a thought leader within the healthcare sector

6. Create content for marketing collateral including brochures, emails, and website copy

7. Collaborate closely with internal teams: Customer & Locum Success, Development, and Sales

8. Communicate the value of the product and services clearly to target audiences both online and offline

9. Manage all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice

10. Produce monthly activity reports for presentation at board level

11. Execute marketing automation strategies under the direction of the Head of Marketing

12. Support the organisation and delivery of company events, including logistics, promotion, and webinars

13. Manage CRM systems (Intercom)

14. Build relationships with industry bodies, partners, agencies, and third parties

Essential Criteria:

15. A degree in Marketing or 3+ years’ marketing experience within a fast-paced environment

16. Experience within a commercially focused technology environment

17. Proven track record of working closely with sales teams

18. Strong project management and organisational skills

19. Proficient in analysing data using spreadsheets to identify trends

20. Understanding of customer segmentation

21. Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, SEMrush)

22. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Asana or Trello

23. Excellent knowledge of SEO

24. Proficient with Google Suite products, including Google Analytics and Google Ads

Desirable Criteria:

25. Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)

26. Experience creating video content

27. Background in e-commerce, apps, or healthcare sectors
