Overview of role:
Working in the reactive repairs team delivering day-to-day repairs in social housing properties.
General Duties and Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general skilled labour including small-scale slabbing repairs and ceramic tile repairs in residential and communal areas.
* Comply with all manual handling regulations.
* Maintain tidiness of work area during and after jobs, including mobile site compounds.
* Receive, unload, and store materials on site.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Use own tools to carry out small repairs.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
Skills and Abilities:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Re-prioritize tasks as business demands change.
* Remain productive under varying weather conditions.
* Compliance with relevant health and safety legislation.
* Possess a Disclosure Check.
* Hold a Full UK Driving License.
