What Youll Do:
As a Team Member, youll be the heart and soul of our restaurant. Whether youre serving guests or making sure the dough is just right, every shift is about creating great moments for our customers.
Youll deliver amazing service with a smile, making every customer feel like part of the Franco family.
Be hands-on whether its taking orders, serving up drinks, or bringing the best sourdough pizza to the table.
Work as part of a team to keep the restaurant buzzing, even during the busiest shifts.
Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality and presentation.
Live and breathe the Franco vibe friendly, positive and always ready to lend a hand.
