About the Role: As a Relationship Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and expansion of the company. Your primary responsibility is to assist the Sales Team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and coordinating various activities to drive revenue generation and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
* Assist in generating leads and identifying potential clients through various channels, such as cold calling, online research, networking events, trade shows, and referrals.
* Maintain a database of leads and prospects, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is logged within the CRM.
Sales Toolkit & Presentation:
* Support with the creation of compelling proposals and sales toolkit materials to showcase the company's services and capabilities to potential clients.
* Assist in preparing presentations for client meetings and Business Development events.
Relationship Building:
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
* Schedule and participate in meetings, demos, presentations, and follow-up communications to nurture relationships and explore further potential business collaborations.
* Help create and maintain long lasting relationships with our clients from their first week and beyond.
Sales Support:
* Coordinate with the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover of clients and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
* Monitor and track sales activities, ensuring all relevant documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
* Work closely with new clients in their first 90 days to boost the use of our services
Project Coordination:
* Assist in coordinating and tracking various Business Development projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and objectives are achieved.
* Work closely with different departments to ensure seamless execution of Business Development initiatives.
Market Intelligence and Strategy:
* Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making.
* Participate in collaborative discussions to refine and adapt business strategies based on market conditions and opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
* Conduct research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth.
* Analyse data and prepare KPI reports to assist in decision-making processes related to market expansion and business strategy.
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in English and excellent communication skills
* Experience in B2B sales and telemarketing
* Familiarity with CRM software
* Ability to engage effectively with clients and build relationships
* Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
