Overview
Arcus is recruiting a part‑time In Store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Helston store on a permanent basis. 18 hours per week at an hourly rate of £12.21. Immediate start is available.
Sainsbury’s stores are open 7 days a week and Arcus offers various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Shifts include early morning, morning, afternoon and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is:
* Sunday: 07:00 to 10:00
* Monday: 06:00 to 09:00
* Tuesday: 06:00 to 09:00
* Wednesday: Day off
* Thursday: 06:00 to 09:00
* Friday: 06:00 to 09:00
* Saturday: 06:00 to 09:00
You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
Responsibilities
* Operating machinery
* Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean
* In-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or oven canopies as required
* Occasionally work outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied
Arcus will support you through full training.
What you will need
* Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied
* An eye for detail and cleanliness
* A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service
Please note that you will need to provide a smartphone that has NFC capability to access our Arcus Connect App that we use for recording time and attendance. This is a condition of your employment with us.
