Job Purpose As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of complex solutions. You will be responsible for eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements, supporting the design and implementation of cloud-based applications, and ensuring that solutions meet client needs and expectations. This role involves close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and understand business processes. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Support the development and implementation of software solutions for new and existing customers. Produce and maintain business analysis documentation, process maps, and user stories. Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered. Assist in defining acceptance criteria and support user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify and manage requirements-related risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies. Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the business analysis function. Ensure adherence to iTS Computings methodologies and quality standards. Participate in project post-mortems and lessons learned reviews. Skills, Knowledge & Experience Essential: Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in IT or technology services. Proven track record of delivering business analysis for complex IT projects, ideally in the public and private sector. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience documenting requirements and business processes. Ability to identify and resolve requirements-related risks and issues. Experience working in agile and/or waterfall project environments. Desirable: Business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA, BCS, or equivalent). Experience with enterprise software implementations. Familiarity with government or regulated environments. Additional Requirements At least 5 years of continuous UK residency (required for SC clearance). Willingness to work from the office, home, and on-site with customers as required. Commitment to iTS Computings values and client-centric approach.
