They work with large global organisations via strategic partners and are operating across the UK, Ireland, and the Middle East. The team is small, highly technical, and moving quickly.
THE ROLE – Pre-Sales Solution Architect
You’ll be the technical lead in customer engagements — from first conversation through to post-sale handover.
Your role is to understand customer challenges, design AI-driven solutions, and clearly communicate how the platform delivers value.
This is a hands-on role with a mix of solution design, demos, and customer interaction.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Run technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
* Design solution architectures aligned to customer needs
* Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-concepts
* Lead technical input into proposals and RFPs
* Support early-stage deployments and customer onboarding
* Work closely with sales, engineering, and partners
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience
* 5–8 years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
* Experience working on complex enterprise deals
* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
Technical
* Understanding of AI/ML (LLMs, agent-based systems ideal)
* Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiar with modern architectures (Kubernetes, APIs, microservices)
* Comfortable discussing code (Python a plus)
