The successful CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components right first time. You will work with large, high-value machining centres, accurately setting machines, carrying out self-inspection, and following established SOPs. As a skilled CNC Machinist, you will also be encouraged to suggest and implement improvements to machining techniques, helping drive efficiency and quality. The role includes supporting apprentices, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety and quality systems at all times.
