Test Engineer / Lab & Systems Support Engineer
Test & Infrastructure Team
Location / Working Pattern - Abingdon. Ideally 3 days on-site, with on-site days Monday, Tuesday & Thursday. Preference for local candidates due to lab needs.
This role exists due to a retirement at the end of May, and the team would ideally like someone to start before then to allow for a proper handover. You’ll support a critical test and lab environment, maintaining both hardware and firmware testing infrastructure. You’ll also take ownership of a test lab where responsibility currently sits with someone who is leaving. While primarily a hands‑on technical support and test role, up to 40% of the role can include development work – which would significantly free up senior team members.
