Location: Woking Community Hospital, Alexandra Ward; Pay range: £14.28 – £19.04; Shift Patterns: Flexible; Responsible to: Ward Matron.

Responsibilities
* Assessing and monitoring patient conditions and arranging diagnostic tests
* Recognising deterioration in the physical or mental condition of a patient and taking appropriate action / escalation
* Recognising, responding to, and managing emergency situations
* Displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision‑making in changing clinical situations
* Recognising limitations and escalating concerns
* Other duties as required (the role may involve additional tasks)
Qualifications
A minimum of 6 months experience in a community environment within the last 2 years is required. Additional certifications and skills may be needed depending on the Trust. Experience must be within the UK private hospital or NHS trust.
