Key responsibilities include:
* Advising and representing clients in family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and financial disputes
* Preparing and drafting legal documents such as petitions, affidavits, and court submissions
* Conducting negotiations and representing clients in court hearings and proceedings
* Maintaining accurate records of case progress and client communications
* Keeping up to date with changes in family law and best practices
* Collaborating with other professionals to support clients’ broader needs
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in family law with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex legal matters clearly
