Office Angels South West London are on the lookout for a driven and experienced Sales Account Manager to join a leading central London events venue on a temporary 3-6 month contract. You must be available to start immediately.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves turning enquiries into confirmed bookings. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing accounts, and supporting the sales team in hitting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Convert inbound sales enquiries into confirmed business
2. Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
3. Create tailored proposals and contracts that hit the brief
4. Deliver engaging, persuasive venue show rounds
5. Maintain accurate CRM records and event files
6. Reconnect with lapsed and cancelled clients to reignite opportunities
7. Distribute leads and manage the sales inbox
8. Collaborate with event ops for seamless handovers
9. Represent the venue at industry events and trade shows
What you'll bring:
1. Strong sales/account management experience in events or hospitality
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
3. Highly organised, confident, and client-focused
4. CRM experience essential (Ungerboeck a bonus)
