We are currently working with a top International firm who are looking for a contractor in Ireland, who will work as a sole trader, to support their Governance Services (AEOI) team as part of our financial services business supporting the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands (BVI).
The AEOI Analyst will assist in the provision of regulatory services to clients, primarily in FATCA and CRS related services.
Primary responsibilities include:
* assist in the provision of regulatory services to clients, primarily in FATCA and CRS related services.
* preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS annual filings for BVI and Cayman Islands entities.
* collection and review of documentation for the classification of account holders in accordance with FATCA and CRS standards and updating of systems.
* liaison with clients, investors, investment managers and other third parties in various international jurisdictions.
Requirements include:
* a University graduate with an strong academic background, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
* three to five years relevant experience in FATCA/CRS or similar regulatory services, accounting or data management in the investment funds industry.
* Some understanding of FATCA and CRS regulatory requirements in BVI and the Cayman Islands would be preferred.
* an excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills.
* strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documentation in line with specific requirements.
* the ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently and work well under pressure to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
* a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
