Canteen Operator
Job Summary
Reporting to the Operations team, the Canteen Operator will be responsible for the delivery food for the employees and visitors of Sensient. The menu must reflect the views and demands of the consumers and it is expected this will involve a breakfast and lunch service, with a provision for the late and night meals. The Canteen Operator will be responsible for the entire end to end process. (Menu preparation, demand planning, stock control, ordering, budget management, cooking, serving and cleaning down)
What you will do:
1. Ensure the kitchen must be audit ready for both EHO and Internal Audits
2. Propose and provide Drinks, Snacks, Cold and Hot Meals in line with demand and enable good stock management and control
3. Manage the finances of orders, pricing and sales.
4. Avoid the build up of queues of customers through efficient service
5. Ensure the kitchen is cleaned down and returned to audit readiness
What you will bring:

7. Good time management skills, ability to prioritize and have work accuracy at speed.
8. Relevant Food Preparation Qualification
9. HACCP level 3 or higher
10. Experience of working in and managing a kitchen/canteen environment
