Working in a state-of-the-art, fully heated workshop, youll use advanced Mercedes diagnostic systems while supporting a diverse fleet – from passenger vehicles to heavy goods and specialist recovery units. The business operates a comprehensive, on-site setup, handling everything from vehicle sourcing and dismantling to global parts distribution. Requirements Essential Proven experience working in a workshop environment Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and organisational skills Passion for delivering high-quality service with a results-driven mindset Own tools Minimum 5 years experience in: Commercial vehicles Fleet maintenance Full UK driving licence NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Desirable / Highly Desirable Minimum 5 years experience in: Recovery vehicles (preferred) Mercedes-Benz experience or training (highly desirable) HGV / LGV qualifications Mercedes-Benz certification (highly desirable) MOT Tester qualification (advantageous) What Youll Be Doing: Using cutting-edge Mercedes software and tools to diagnose and fix issues Service, maintain, and repair a range of commercial vehicles Carry out diagnostics and fault finding using advanced systems Work on: Light commercial vehicles (vans) HGVs / LGVs Complete a mix of servicing, diagnostics, and major repairs Adapt to a fast-paced workshop where workloads can vary daily Whats in It for You?
