What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Monitoring and managing compliance, investigating, and addressing any non-performance and ensure corrective measures are introduced
* Manage the operation against agreed budget, ensuring adequate controls regarding spend on consumables, damages, stock loss etc
* Seek to continuously improve current procedures and processes to streamline and improve efficiencies across the operation and improve productivity
* Manage all aspects of the Syensqo operation ensuring delivery of operational excellence and exceeding customer expectations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* IOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification would be desirable
* Ability to effectively plan and execute workload and operate in a dynamic business environment
* Previous experience in dangerous goods handling
* Previous Import/export regulations knowledge is essential
