Key Responsibilities
* Visit the client’s home.
* Manage and administer medicines.
* Support hygiene and toileting needs.
* Help with getting around the home.
* Provide companionship as a friendly face and chat person in the evenings.
Working Environment
Smoke‑free and pet‑free bungalow. The client has limited mobility (cannot walk far) and poor eyesight but can hear well.
Client Details
Client is 92 years old, has dementia and Alzheimer’s, and has had part of one lung removed. She requires medication administration.
Requirements
* English spoken fluently.
* Must own and be able to drive a car.
Qualifications
* Care Quality Commission (CQC) mandatory training.
* Care Certificate.
* DBS.
Working Pattern
20–30 hours per week, evenings.
