Charles Taylor Assistance is a leading provider of medical and security assistance, travel risk management, and travel and health claims solutions. We support global insurers and businesses.
As a Travel Claims Handler, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing unforeseen events. You will empathise with customers, understand their unique situations, guide them through the claims process, and make a positive impact on their lives.
Some calls may be challenging and upsetting. Our customers reach out when something has gone wrong with their holiday. It is crucial that you are resilient, empathetic, and able to handle these interactions professionally.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Evaluate claims and verify insurance coverage via email and telephone, collecting necessary information and documents.
* Resolve claims efficiently.
* Handle a high volume of calls and emails.
* Provide clear verbal and written guidance to ensure a first-class claim process.
Requirements:
* High competency in using computers.
* Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred.
* Confident communicator with excellent phone skills.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
* Able to multitask between calls and emails.
* Clear and simple communication style.
* Natural empathy and a desire to make a difference.
* Focus and commitment during training and beyond.
Salary and Benefits:
