As our new IT Secure Projects Service Delivery Manager, you'll be the vital link between IT and Security. What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting secure IT service delivery across high-profile public sector and HMG projects.
* Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and clients to embed security from the ground up.
* Helping shape policies, assess risks, and respond to incidents with confidence.
* Driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the business.
* Playing a key role in service transitions and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NCSC guidance, and more.

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to be part of the Intelligent Customer function for IT Services provided to Morgan Sindall Construction from Morgan Sindall Group IT and 3rd Parties.

About the role
The successful candidate will support the Service Delivery Lead in:
* Agreeing targets for service levels and assessing, monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets.
* Managing the full life cycle of assets from acquisition, operation, maintenance to disposal.
* Supporting the effective use and control of financial resources.
* Aligning the organization's supplier performance objectives and activities with sourcing strategies and plans, balancing costs, efficiencies, and service quality.
* Managing and controlling the operation of formal contracts for the supply of products and services.
* Defining and operating a framework of security controls and security management strategies.
* Managing the life cycle of all problems that have occurred or could occur in delivering a service.
What we are looking for
We seek a candidate with a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, with several years of experience in IT Service management. Certifications related to Information Security are preferred. You should have experience defining, negotiating, and managing service level agreements, with strong knowledge of IT asset management lifecycle. A solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost management is essential, along with experience managing supplier relationships and contracts. You should also be skilled in identifying, investigating, and resolving IT problems.
The successful candidate will require SC security clearance, and Morgan Sindall is willing to sponsor the application.
