About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and proactive HR Adviser to deliver professional HR advice and hands-on support across the full employee lifecycle. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and staff wellbeing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workforce culture.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for HR advice, ensuring guidance is aligned with policies and best practice
* Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
* Advise on employee relations issues including absence, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters
* Ensure compliance with employment law and care sector regulations
* Champion initiatives that promote staff wellbeing, engagement, and retention
* Maintain HR systems and produce accurate HR metrics to support decision-making
* Contribute to HR projects and the continuous improvement of policies and processes
What We're Looking For
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent HR experience)
Previous HR Officer/Adviser experience – ideally within health & social care
Strong knowledge of HR best practice and employment law
Confident in handling employee relations matters
Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to provide meaningful HR data insights
Flexibility to travel to sites across South Wales as required
Satisfactory DBS clearance
