The Role:
We're looking for an Incident Planning & Business Continuity Manager to strengthen our emergency preparedness and organisational resilience. You'll lead planning, risk assessments, exercises, and training, while coordinating with regulators and emergency services.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and test emergency and continuity plans
* Lead risk assessments and recovery strategies
* Coordinate with regulators, emergency services, and local resilience forums
* Deliver training and exercises in incident response
* Act as point of contact during incidents and lead post-incident reviews
* Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor emerging risks
About You:
* Experience in Emergency Planning, Business Continuity, or resilience disciplines
* Knowledge of COMAH and other relevant legislation
* Comfortable guiding teams, sharing ideas clearly, and analysing complex information
* Comfortable making decisions under pressure
* Experience delivering training and presentations
* Full driving licence
Salary
Basic salary of £48,000 - £52,000 + benefits
