We’re looking for a receptionist who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and is committed to providing an exceptional experience for clients and visitors alike. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with us as we transition to our brand-new, state-of-the-art office in the heart of Bishopsgate, City of London.

About the role
As the face of CFC you’ll ensure every visitor leaves with a positive impression. Your duties will include:
1. First Point of Contact: Welcoming clients and visitors warmly and professionally.
2. Switchboard Management: Operating the switchboard efficiently, handling calls, and taking accurate messages.
3. Meeting Room Coordination: Managing bookings, setting up IT equipment, and organizing refreshments.
4. Reception & Office Maintenance: Keeping reception and common areas tidy and presentable, ensuring a polished and professional environment.
5. Assisting the Lead receptionist with Catering & Events: Coordinating breakfast/lunch meetings, small internal events, and external restaurant bookings.
6. Mail & Deliveries: Processing incoming and outgoing post, including special deliveries and couriers.
7. Supplies & Stock Management: Ensuring are client floor facilities are fully stocked and replenished
8. Stationery management
9. Administrative Support: Assisting with ad-hoc tasks, projects, and office management responsibilities, including health and safety initiatives.
About you
To be considered for this role you must have at least 12 months reception experience in a corporate environment.
This role will suit a candidate who has excellent communication skills and is comfortable being on the phone to both internal and external people. You will have a professional and positive manner about yourself, as well as being confident, energetic and assertive.
