Responsibilities
* You will be responsible for a diverse caseload of real estate matters including investment, development, finance, acquisitions, disposals, and asset management matters.
* Support the team in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and team members.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and identifying opportunities for further growth.
Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 7 Years PQE and substantial experience in a leading real estate team.
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and mentor others effectively.
* Commercially astute, confident, and personable, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
* A collaborative approach to client service and team leadership.
