Manpower is recruiting a part-time temporary administrative assistant to support one of our clients based in Leith, Edinburgh.
We are looking for someone to commence work with our client on 13th May.
£12.00 Per Hour - Weekly Pay
Days of work - Monday to Thursday from 8am until 1pm each day with Fridays off every week!
Main duties and responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming telephone calls
2. Calling clients and customers
3. General reception duties - taking messages, welcoming customers, and staff.
4. Emailing clients and customers in a timely manner
5. Sending out quotes to prospective customers
6. Raising invoices
Skills required
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
8. Great telephone manner & confidence on the phone
9. Experience in raising invoices
10. Good timekeeping and work management
