We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MRI Superintendent Radiographer to lead our state-of-the-art MRI department at the Oxford University Hospital Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the MRI department’s operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows.
* Oversee health and safety, HR, recruitment, appraisals, and magnet safety protocols.
* Maintain and improve standards of image quality and patient experience.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet current and future service demands, aligned with Trust goals.
* Provide clinical advice and leadership within the MRI team.
* Collaborate with MRI Superintendents, modality leads, and clinical specialists across the Trust.
* Support involvement in innovative research and teaching initiatives.
