If you're ready to lead, organise, and deliver with precision—this could be the role you've been waiting for.In collaboration with Melissa at TN Recruits, a highly reputable company is actively looking for a dynamic Technical Comms & Deployment Co-ordinator to take the reins of a highly driven Comms team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of cutting-edge IT and networking equipment across the UK.Why This Role?• You'll be in the thick of it—60% hands-on with hardware, from routers and PCs to imaging Linux and Windows hosts.• You’ll manage a small but skilled team, guiding them to hit deadlines and maintain exceptional standards.• You'll work directly with clients and stakeholders, ensuring every deployment runs like clockwork.• There’s real autonomy and ownership here—with your technical, organisational, and leadership skills making the difference.What You Bring to the Table:• Solid, hands-on experience in IT hardware, networking, and communications.• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux configuration and deployment.• Proven ability to lead small teams, manage projects, and stay calm under pressure.• Confidence liaising with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and solve technical challenges.• Familiarity with Jira or similar project-tracking tools is a big plusBonus Points For:• Field service or hardware engineering background.• Experience with routers, switches, and firewall configuration.• A natural ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.Location: On-site, Paddock WoodHours: Monday to FridaySalary: Up to £36,000 depending on experienceIf you love the idea of combining your technical skills with leadership, client interaction, and process ownership—this role ticks all the boxes.Organised.
