The Role


To unlock and lock the public conveniences and carry out a full safety check of the building as part of the opening and closing process. Ensuring any defects and repairs are actioned or escalated in a timely manner.

To complete all necessary tasks to ensure that the public conveniences are fully functioning, cleaned to a high standard, with repair and maintenance issues being dealt with efficiently and effectively.

The post holder will need to be flexible and be able to commit to working a variety of shifts across 7 days a week, including weekends, bank holidays and evenings.


About you


A good understanding and practise in COSHH and Health and Safety practices

Full clean manual driving license is essential- .
Ability to deal politely and courteously with members of the public- .
To carry out maintenance related tasks including unblocking toilets, replacing lamps, replacing fixtures and fittings and cleaning machine work- .
Ensure that the public conveniences are fully functioning, cleaned to a high standard, including the interior and exterior of the buildings- .
