Commercial Lawyer (5+ PQE) Belfast (Hybrid) A leading organisation within the energy and technology space is seeking a Commercial Lawyer to join its high-performing in-house legal team. The Role: This position offers a unique blend of commercial contracts and sector-specific advisory work, including: Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, software licensing, confidentiality agreements, and supply terms) Advising on intellectual property and emerging technology matters, including AI and cybersecurity regulation Supporting major projects across the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and sustainability initiatives Working closely with cross-functional teams on regulatory and commercial issues You will gain exposure to high-profile transactions and play a key role in shaping commercially significant projects within a future-focused industry.
