About the Role:We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary School Cover Teachers to work across a range of weing and supportive schools in the Midhurst area. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and graduates looking to gain classroom experience.
As a Cover Teacher, you will:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
2. Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
3. Manage behaviour in line with school policies.
4. Support students in their learning and engagement.
5. Provide feedback to teaching staff where required.
What We Are Looking For:We are looking for individuals who are:
6. Confident working with students aged 11–16 (or up to 18)
7. Strongmunicators with good classroom experience.
8. Flexible, reliable, and proactive.
9. Passionate about Education and supporting young people.
Ideal but not essential:
10. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
11. Degree-Level education.
