Enterprise Account Executive
Up to £100k basic salary plus uncapped OTE
Central London (3 days per week)
This is not a job for the faint of heart. It’s for the AE who’s ready to walk into a £40M legacy revenue machine—and tear it down to rebuild something world-class. You will be handed a warm book of global logos, executive buy-in, and the green light to reshape how enterprise sales are done completely.
What We’re Looking For: We’re searching for commercially strong, consultative sellers who know how to craft solutions — not just pitch a product. You’ll excel here if you enjoy complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and closing meaningful deals.
Core Experience
* Strong background in consultative / solution-led sales
* Sold a suite of services/products, not just a single platform
* (Consulting + Enterprise SaaS exposure valued: e.g. Accenture, IBM, SAP, Oracle, Deloitte)
* Experience in technical training OR a genuine interest in learning + skills development
* Track record selling into senior decision-makers (CPO, COO, CTO, CDO, CIO, CLO etc.)
* Proven success leading six-figure enterprise deals end-to-end
* Natural hunter mentality — proactive, driven, creates a pipeline, not just manages it
* Clear, concise communicator — considered, structured, doesn’t waffle
Workstyle / Fit
* Comfortable with London + client presence at least 3 days per week (This is a collaborative environment — office matters)
Success Signals
* Strong recent quota achievement + credible sales history
* 2+ relevant enterprise deal examples in the last 12–24 months
* Disciplined, accountable, consistent in execution
