Director (Healthcare / Life Sciences Insight and Strategy)
Salary £80k - £110k + bonus (depending on seniority and experience) | Permanent | London-based (Hybrid)

The role:
This is a senior strategic leadership position, overseeing major healthcare and life sciences programmes from initial design through to final delivery. You will lead key client relationships, guide multi-disciplinary teams and ensure work is delivered to the highest strategic and creative standards.
It is a role for someone who brings clarity, commercial judgement and strong people leadership. It will suit someone who wants to contribute to a growing practice and see the direct impact of their work.
What we are looking for:
* Director with deep experience in healthcare or life sciences research on the agency side (it is vital that you have previously worked within a specialist market research agency)
* Strong grounding in primary research across both qualitative and quantitative methods
* Strategic thinker able to translate complex evidence into crisp and actionable direction
* Confident people leader with experience managing senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams
* Commercially minded and comfortable driving account growth and identifying new opportunities
* Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious and collaborative culture
* Enjoys shaping thinking, refining ideas and delivering exceptionally high-quality work
