We are looking for an Experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Preston.

Our team in Preston have over 35 years experience and are looking for a motivated and ambitious team player who thrives on working in a fast-paced results drive environment.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and secure new clients to promote the services of the Preston JDR Team (no restrictions on area or industry)
* Advising clients on recruitment strategies, market trends, and salary benchmarks.
* Negotiating contracts and fees with client companies
* Build, maintain strong relationships to provide tailored recruitment solutions
* Work closely with the team of experienced consultants and senior candidate resourcer to manage the sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management for temporary and or permanent positions (job specific)
* Marketing of services through a variety of channels Source, attract, including job boards, social media, and networking.
* Client and candidate management on the ATS system
* Administration tasks including carrying out credit checks, client and candidate compliance, invoicing/credit management
* Working with the team to deal with all incoming enquiries from any clients or candidates

* Recruitment background (open on industry)
* Self motivated and disciplined with a desire to succeed
* Proactive
* Strong team player
* Creative
* Confident, friendly and professional
* Experience of working with Social Media and Job platforms
* Competent on Microsoft Windows, Teams and ATS systems
