About the Role
I am looking for a curious, analytical and intellectually rigorous Research Intern to support ongoing research initiatives focused on tokenization, digital assets, market infrastructure, and institutional adoption.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Monitor and summarise industry developments across tokenization and digital assets
* Review and summarise research reports, whitepapers, consultation papers, and regulatory publications
* Conduct structured desktop research and literature reviews
* Support development of market maps and competitive analysis
* Assist in preparing briefing notes, presentations and educational materials
* Maintain research repositories and source databases
* Support article development and thought leadership content
* Track key developments across regulators, financial institutions and industry participants
Skills & Experience
Preferred candidates will:
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical ability
• Have excellent written English
• Be comfortable reading complex material and summarising key insights
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be intellectually curious and willing to learn independently
• Have basic familiarity with finance, economics, fintech or technology
• Be comfortable working remotely with limited supervision
Prior knowledge of tokenization or digital assets is not required.
