Schools in Dinnington and GSL Education are seeking a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to provide tailored classroom support to pupils with special educational needs. As a Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will work closely with students who may require additional support with learning, communication, or behaviour. You will help create a positive and inclusive environment where pupils feel supported, engaged, and encouraged to achieve their potential. Key Duties: Provide one-to-one and small group support for SEN pupils. Assist students with learning activities and classroom tasks. Support the implementation of individual education plans. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff. Essential Requirements: Previous experience supporting SEN pupils or in a similar role. A patient, caring, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
