Job overview
This is a rewarding opportunity for a Project Manager to lead impactful change across HUC services, with a strong focus on improving quality, patient experience, and clinical governance.
You will play a key role in delivering projects that support CQC compliance and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Working closely with clinical, operational, and senior leadership teams, you will shape and implement initiatives that enhance service delivery and organisational effectiveness.
This role offers the chance to influence meaningful change in a patient-focused environment, ensuring projects are well-governed, effectively delivered, and aligned with NHS standards and strategic priorities.
Main duties of the job
Lead and deliver internal change projects, focusing on quality improvement, patient experience, and clinical governance
Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to implementation, closure, and benefits realisation
Develop and maintain project documentation including plans, risk registers, and reports
Ensure robust project governance, including clear decision-making, escalation, and assurance processes
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and leadership teams
Support CQC compliance, policy development, and continuous improvement initiatives across services.
