A dynamic and growing fashion supplier is looking to appoint a Junior Wholesale Merchandiser to support the end-to-end delivery process for major high street accounts. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and commercially aware, ready to take ownership of orders, maintain critical path timelines, and build strong relationships across buying and production teams.
Working closely with sourcing, logistics, and customer teams, you'll ensure the smooth and timely delivery of forward orders and in-season trading. The role offers excellent exposure to the full wholesale cycle, from order placement to product handover.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer orders: setting up order sheets, reconciling POs, and communicating updates
2. Tracking production and issuing weekly critical paths; flagging and resolving delays
3. Liaising with sourcing and logistics teams to ensure labelling, packaging, and handovers are accurate
4. Creating reports and preparing information for customer meetings and range reviews
5. Forecasting warehouse volumes and managing bookings in line with order volumes
