Graduate Heritage Consultant – Cirencester – 2026 Graduate Scheme
Pegasus Group invites you to join our dynamic Heritage team in the Cirencester office as part of our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. This full‑time, permanent role offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
We welcome applications for candidates holding an undergraduate or master’s degree in built heritage, building conservation, archaeology or other relevant disciplines.
What we are looking for
* A logical and analytical approach
* Great problem‑solving and communication skills
* Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
* An understanding of the UK planning system, British history and archaeology
Work experience in heritage is advantageous but not essential – you will learn on the job through our Graduate Training Scheme.
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Heritage Consultant you will support a variety of projects, analysing historic fabric, archaeological potential and setting aspects. You will prepare heritage assessments, conduct research and provide professional advice to clients, local planning authorities and statutory bodies across a range of sectors.

Eligibility
Due to changes in government legislation, we cannot meet remuneration requirements for graduate level under student or graduate visas. We will only accept applications from individuals who are eligible for work sponsorship visas.

Start Dates
We are flexible for graduates to start throughout Summer/Autumn 2026.
