I am currently recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to join a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, travelling within Winchester and surrounding areas.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will receive:
* £21 per hr (temp to perm)
* Company van and fuel card
* Salary 33k-35k when permanent
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:
* Working Planned works
* Working for a social housing contractor
* Installing loft hatches and other carpentry works
* Patch plastering and decorating
* Minor plumbing works
As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll need:
* Social housing experience
* 2 or more trade skills
* Level 2 Carpentry qualification
* Full licence (no more than 6 points)
* Own tools
