What Makes This Role Meaningful?
As a care assistant, you'll provide one-to-one support to older adults in your local area to stay safe, independent, and connected in their own homes.
Your day might include:
1. Assisting with morning or evening routines
2. Light housework and meal preparation
3. Help with mobility and personal care
4. Medication reminders
5. Running errands or attending appointments
6. Offering companionship and conversation over a cuppa
Qualifications
Is This You?
You don’t need experience in care. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, customer service, or something completely different — if you have a kind heart and a willingness to learn, we’ll support you every step of the way.
You will need:
7. A valid driving licence
8. Access to your own car with business insurance
9. Availability for 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)
