Your new role
Managers
* Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
* Create and manage work schedules and rotas.
* Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with COSHH and health & safety regulations.
* Manage stock levels and order cleaning supplies within budget.
* Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Prepare reports and attend management meetings.
Supervisors
* Supervise and motivate cleaning staff.
* Allocate tasks and monitor attendance.
* Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality standards.
* Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
* Maintain inventory records and request replenishments.
* Enforce health and safety compliance.
What you'll need to succeed
Managers
* Previous experience in a cleaning management role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Knowledge of health & safety and COSHH regulations.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Supervisors
* Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
