Reception Manager Responsibilities:
Ensure profiles of guests are updated so we can create memorable experiences on return visits.
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Log any guest comments or feedback and effectively communicate within the team.
Overseeing the daily operations of the reception and guest service departments, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently met.
Ensure revenue is not being written off, and that daily Adjustment Reports are sent to Accounts with the day's banking.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Desired qualifications & skills:
Previous experience in reception management at a luxury 4 or 5-star hotel.
Proficiency in reception and reservation systems (HART) is advantageous.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
Highly effective in handling complaints.
