Role Summary
We're looking for a driven and commercially minded International Account Manager to join our growing global sales team. Based in Lincoln, this role will focus primarily on managing and expanding our European distribution network, while supporting the wider team across the USA and Middle East where needed.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be confident managing high-value B2B relationships, and possess strong commercial instincts with a passion for brand growth, compliance, and market insight.
This position involves regular but planned international travel, attending distributor HQ meetings, strategy sessions, and up to 5–10 international vape exhibitions each year as part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and grow relationships with key distributors and retail partners across Europe.
* Support the wider international sales team in the USA and Middle East when required.
* Identify and onboard new distribution partners in strategic markets.
* Present and introduce new product ranges to distributors, aligning with brand strategy and market trends.
* Plan and attend international trade shows and customer HQ visits, representing the brand professionally at all times.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights and territory reports.
* Manage risk and compliance across international markets, ensuring all product and marketing activity meets local regulations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and compliance) to ensure smooth launches, timely delivery, and commercial alignment.
* Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in international B2B account management or export sales, ideally within FMCG, vaping, or consumer goods.
* Confident with international travel and able to manage relationships across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Strong understanding of sales reporting, forecasting, and market analysis.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Experience with trade shows or large-scale international exhibitions.
* Organised and proactive with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
* Experience in risk and compliance management is highly advantageous.
* Competent in CRM systems
