MM Group is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and reliable HR Administrator to support the effective delivery of HR services across our Bradford site, with occasional involvement in divisional HR administration and supporting other MM sites. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, while also contributing to strategic initiatives such as salary reviews, talent management processes, and bonus administration.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide comprehensive administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, contractual changes, leavers, and file maintenance.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure the HRIS (e.g., SAP, Dayforce) is up-to-date.
* Support the monthly payroll process by collating and verifying changes, liaising with payroll, and resolving queries.
* Assist with the annual salary review process, including preparing data templates, coordinating manager inputs, and tracking changes.
* Support the administration of bonus schemes, ensuring eligibility, accuracy, and timely communications.
* Coordinate talent review processes, including succession planning and development tracking.
* Maintain talent data and support HRBP with reporting, scheduling, and follow-up actions.
* Provide occasional administrative support to the wider division and other sites (Newmarket and Newport), including coordination of key HR cycles, reporting, and process alignment.
* Support employee relations cases, such as investigations, Disciplinary, Flexible working requests, etc.
* Act as a point of contact for ad hoc administrative tasks required by the HR Manager across multiple sites.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes, and site communications.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide signposting.


Person Specification:


Essential:

Proven experience in a fast-paced HR administration role.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); confident handling HR data.

Desirable:

Experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce).

Exposure to payroll, salary review, or bonus processes.

CIPD Level 3 or working towards.
