Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) | Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire | Rate of Pay: 105 per day | Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday | Start: Immediate
Aspire People are working in close partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Lutterworth to recruit an enthusiastic and qualified HLTA. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and keen to make a real impact in the classroom.
What You'll Be Doing
* Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Supporting pupils with their learning across various age groups
* Leading small group interventions and supporting SEN pupils when needed
* Collaborating with teachers to assess pupil progress and development
* Promoting a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For
* A recognised HLTA qualification (mandatory)
* Proven experience working in UK primary schools
* Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead whole-class sessions
* A flexible, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for working with children
