The HR Business Partner leads the HR function and provides both strategic and operational
people leadership across the organisation, overseeing the delivery of the People Plan and to
ensure a high level of positive employee engagement.

The role ensures the effective delivery of HR services while overseeing the day-to-day
management of Head Office operations. This includes maintaining full compliance with
employment legislation, strengthening organisational culture, supporting business
performance, and ensuring a professional and well-functioning workplace for both office based
